This policy explains what information WhatsGroupz processes and why.

Information we collect

• Submissions: the invite link and details you provide, and optionally your email address so we can notify you about moderation decisions.
• Accounts (optional): your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Usage data: aggregated page view and join-click counts. IP addresses are converted to salted one-way hashes for spam prevention and are not stored in readable form for visitors.
• Cookies: a session cookie when you sign in, a security cookie for forms, and a preference for light/dark mode stored in your browser.

Group information

We only list information that is publicly available on WhatsApp invite pages or provided by the submitter. We never access private group content or member lists.

Third parties

If analytics or CAPTCHA services are enabled, those providers may process technical data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request removal of a listing you submitted or deletion of your account by contacting us.
